Welcome DocLib to The Band!

We are thrilled to announce our latest acquisition - DocLib!

DocLib is accounts payable automation software for manufacturers (have we told you how much we love niche vertical market software?). Specifically, the software works alongside QAD, NetSuite, and SalesForce. This is an outstanding product that has evolved over 20 years to drive very specific workflow and provides tremendous value and ROI for its customers.

DocLib is led by Stephen Rosenthal and an amazing team in and around Philadelphia. Stephen will continue on as the CEO.

We first met Stephen at a SaaS Academy event. (Sidebar - if you are a SaaS Founder and you aren’t already a part of the SaaS Academy community, you need to check them out.) We hit it off immediately and very quickly came to terms on a deal that is a win for everyone.
